Visit
"Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you,
for the glory of God."
What to Expect
Expect friendly greetings
We enjoy connecting with visitors and one another before and after the service.
Expect fellowship
Each week, we enjoy refreshments together following our worship service. On the first Sunday of every month, we gather for a covered-dish fellowship meal, and all who attend the service are warmly invited. We delight in spending time together and sharing conversation after worship.
Expect children in our services
We welcome children of all ages to participate in the full worship time. A nursery for children under 4 is also available, cared for by trained and certified volunteers.
Expect traditional worship
Our worship includes congregational singing from songbooks, accompanied primarily by piano and organ. We join together in corporate confessions of sin and faith, and we read and preach from both the Old and New Testaments. We celebrate Communion each week in the morning service. All who profess faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and are under the care of His church, in good standing, are invited to partake. If you have questions about receiving Communion, please speak with the pastor or an elder before the service.
Expect Biblical preaching
We recognize the Bible to be the infallible, inspired, inerrant Word of God. We neither add to it nor take away from it. We listen to God speaking to us by and with all of it. We listen for God’s voice in all of Scripture.
Expect discipleship
We offer a variety of opportunities for growth and discipleship. Children are led in catechism and Bible study. Women have monthly gatherings for prayer and Bible study. Additionally, we offer Men in Christ, a leadership program, specifically for men. Each month, we hold Game Night, a fun-filled evening of dinner, games and fellowship. Everyone is warmly invited to join, learn, and grow together in faith.
Expect community and service
At Grace & Peace, we have many ways to serve one another and live out our faith in community. From volunteering in ministries and helping with church events to supporting one another through prayer, encouragement, and practical care, we seek to embody Christ’s love in tangible ways. Everyone is invited to use their God-given gifts to bless others, grow in faith, and strengthen the body of Christ together.
Expect Sabbath rest
We at Grace & Peace call the Sabbath Day a delight. We believe Sunday, the first day of the week, to be the Christian Sabbath, instituted by the Lord Jesus himself after his resurrection from the dead. It is to be continued until the end of the world. On it we rest from our weekly labors and enjoy a foretaste of the eternal Sabbath to come. We endeavor to keep the whole day holy to the Lord as he requires, gathering every Lord’s Day morning to praise his loving kindness and in the evening his faithfulness. Our services are at 10 AM and 6 PM every Lord’s Day.
